Terms of Service
Last updated May 2, 2026
By signing up, paying for a membership, or otherwise using DTC Native (the "service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. Who we are
DTC Native is operated by Byteex ("we", "us"), a private community for ecommerce merchants. Contact: support@dtcnative.com.
2. Membership and payment
DTC Native is a paid private community. By subscribing through Stripe you agree to recurring charges at the price displayed at checkout, until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime through the Customer Portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you keep access until then. We don't refund partial periods.
We may change pricing for new members at any time. Existing subscribers are grandfathered to the price they signed up at, unless we explicitly notify otherwise.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and able to enter a binding contract. If you're using DTC Native on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and store that content as needed to operate the service.
You're responsible for what you post. Don't post:
- content you don't have the right to share (incl. screenshots of others' work without permission, copyrighted material, etc.)
- spam, scams, affiliate links without disclosure, MLM solicitations
- harassment, hate speech, threats, or content targeting individuals
- private information about other people without their consent
- anything illegal under applicable law
We may remove any content for any reason. Repeat violations may result in account termination without refund.
5. Acceptable use
The community is for genuine peer-to-peer learning between merchants. Don't:
- scrape, copy, or republish member content outside the community
- attempt to sell to or recruit other members for unrelated services
- impersonate other members, brands, or our team
- abuse the platform technically (rate limit bypass, scraping, etc.)
6. Termination
You can leave anytime by deleting your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, with or without notice. If we terminate for cause, no refund is owed.
If we terminate without cause, we'll refund the unused portion of your current period.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We try our best, but we don't warrant that it will always be available, error-free, or that the advice shared by other members is accurate. Use your own judgment before applying anything you learn here to your business.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - including lost revenue, data, or business opportunity.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If the change is material, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after that counts as acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION TBD - place of business]. Disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction.
